He will probably try to convince someone to help him in his hidden project, which consists in make the water disappear because he has aquaphobia at an extreme point.

SPA Sara Ainz In the border with Croatia, the suspect contacted a mafia transporter to be able to travel without being seen. On a road near the capital we have found tire tracks that we are analyzing and a bag which contained a gun and more chemical compounds.
SPA Eduardo and Jorge: The scientist escaped from Slovakia to Croatia, because he knows Luka Modrić and the scientist will convince Modrić to lend money to finish his plan: He wants to make posible traveling in time.
Upon arriving in Croatia, he thought he would have no problems, but the guards noticed about the false passport and decided to go after him. The suspect, seeing that they were chasing him, he decided to leave Croatia and escape to an European country in search of peace of mind.
The suspect goes to Croatia in an airplane because he/she doesn't like the water so he/she can't travel on a boat. When he/she arrives there, he/she meet with "G" the person that he/she likes. But he/she doesn't know that "G" is a Russian spy that is traying to find out all the secrets about the suspect.
The suspect is getting more sick because of the chemicals so he isn’t walking very well. He got crutches and a guide dog so he can’t take the plane. Because of that he takes a bus to Croatia where he continues his experiments.
The suspect is trying to keep low profile and escapes to country where he thinks he can find peace and cure his health problem while trying to figure out his next plans.
I think suspect is going to continue sent ciphered messages to us. But we don't have more time so we have to follow him in his next step more carefully.
The suspect scientist lost track of himself after leaving Slovakia by balloon. We think he went to a European country based on the clues he left behind. Because he has a water phobia, he hides away from areas with water. We guess he went to his first love.
I think the suspect is going to try to find his first love and convince them to work with him. He escaped Slovakia by balloon but he'll eventually have to find another way to continue his journey because he can't get far with just a balloon.
TRaDoga I think the suspect will go to visit the first love to silence her because she has been whatcing him and recognizes who the suspect is. He will cause a massacre to hide who he actually wants to take down.
The suspect, who left Slovakia with a flying balloon, did not go too far from Slovakia to explore the surroundings, he wanted to use the dust clouds, he was pushing the encrypted messages more
The suspect tries to hide in another country and blend into that environment until he figures out how to proceed with his plan and where he will attack again.
