I think the suspect is planning to build a basement in each places he visited, so that why I think he never stay in one place, not because he was a wanted person, but to make plan for his futur project.

Then they did some investigation and find out that it was him. So they arrested him and he confessed the fact.

The suspect is now in Czech Republic and is attending a cycle race to blend in with the crowd. He won but didn’t take the medal so he woudn’t be on the news but police still noticed him. Thankfully his brother saved him and they ran off.
