We have to discover where he is, who he is and who is the other person.
The scientist took the car with the radioactive material to his secret cave, to investigate whether the suspect had left any clues. Soon, he found a pamphlet about Ireland, so he decided to take a flight to that place. There, he contacted someone strange and magical.

The backpack contained a bottle with the radioactive substance and a box wich had a map of an abandoned hospital and a potato omelet sandwich. The backpack was found because an old lady took it for mistake, the woman hit the backpack by accident and the radioactive substance spilled out the bottle. The security guards arrested the woman and now the case is in the police hands.
After all that had happened, the scientist was nowhere to be found. All the partners were doing their best to crack the passwords. The scientist went to space by rocket. The partners were working hard to find a trace. Finally, the partners had succeeded in cracking the codes. They found the scientist. They convinced the scientist to find a cure for the dust cloud. The scientist had solved the problem. People were saved.
The suspect was being careful and rational so that we could only follow the clues he gave. How accurate were the tips he gave? When the criminal appeared in the most popular news by chance, the police went after him, everything was hidden, but the criminal realized this and took precautions. When he was going to go on a new journey by sea, he realized that he had not taken his medicines from his place of stay, and the time to take medicine was coming. he was distracted, couldn't think much, lost time caught between the dilemma...
The suspect figured out that he was followed so he planted a fake car and ran away. The radioactive material was there to hopefully harm the scientist which didn't work. What the suspect didn't realise is that he left fingerprints all over the cup that he left. Now it's the scientists job to figure out if those are fake or not and is this all reverse psychology.
The suspect may have left fake clues to mislead the scientists. His intentions may be different than they think and he may be in a completely different country trying to realize his intentions. Therefore, scientists may have little time to prevent him and stop a potential disaster.
The suspect is possibly leading us to a trap. Giving us clues that are difficult to solve, but once we solve them he may have traps set on the location that the clues point to. Now it's the scientists job to figure out the real clues to the suspects location.
The suspect probably left all these clues behind to distract us while he escapes from the country. Once all the problems were solved, we found out that disaster was near. But the radiation that he was exposed to affected him, resulting in the suspect becoming ill.
The suspect runs away as the scientists are getting closer to him. By leaving false clues, he tries to lead scientists astray in finding him. On one of the false tracks, he did not realize that he had hidden his tracks, and thus the clever scientists realized that they were on the wrong path and tried to track him down while he was running away.
The suspect has a partner but it's not voluntarily. The suspect threatened the partner's family so all the partner can do is leaving clues on how to find them. The partner tries to sabotage the suspect but this time it doesn't work and he/she sends a panicked message to us.
Some of the clues which the suspect gave us just could help us to have more of a specific profile of him. Just one of them show us to what will he do next. So while we are trying to find that, he will have enough time to move to another country. And I think he wants to be found but he wants to found by someone who as intelligent as he is. Because of this claim he will make the clues more and more difficult in every step.Until we find him we won't learn what his purpose and motivation.

The suspect who is in Turkey decided to change his first and last name and did plastic surgery to change his foot size and started his life again but one day the police did some research and they found evidence by evidence and they were able to trace the suspect who has totally changed.
FG Lanis I think the students have gone home while the Police are investigating, the scientist (criminal) is making a new recipe for killing the police.
My idea: The suspect escapes of police because he have a partner in crime.He create a false identity in Turkey and work in a company electronic. He coded a strange virus on smartphones.
He had to live as a fugitive wanted by the police when he arrived there he committed the same crime again and for that he was found and arrested by the police.

After several police searches ,the 38-year-old scientist was found by the police.He was found guilty,he was sentenced to 15 years in prison after the study of his case.

The suspect may be lying to us. That's why we have to think about everything. For example, what if the suspect has a partner with the same characteristics as the suspect and is playing tricks on us? Our job is more difficult than we think.
Maybe the suspect will travel to all countries?
